EOOS Conference, 21-22 November 2018

Wednesday, November 21, 2018 - 14:00 to Thursday, November 22, 2018 - 14:00
Brussels, Belgium

EOSC-hub will be present at the European Ocean Observing System (EOOS) Conference to be held in Brussels in 21-22 November 2018.

As part of the programme, a poster titled, The European Open Science Cloud to Manage Ocean Observing Datawill be presented. The poster directly addresses one of the themes of the event - "From standalone to integrated ocean and coastal observing platforms". The poster will be presented during the poster session on Wednesday, 21 November at 18:00.

This EOOS Conference will bring together and connect diverse ocean observing stakeholder communities, from science, public authorities, industries including fisheries, energy, transport, and wider society.

The conference is all about connecting communities, building on progress made at the EOOS Forum, which took place on 8 March 2018, to present an EOOS strategy and implementation plan, together with a strong call to action.

It’s an opportunity to network with stakeholders across Europe and help shape the future EOOS. For more information visit the official event website!
