Abstract: This session will present demos on how products taken from the Indigo-Datacloud service catalogue can be combined to address computing and data intensive scientific use cases on the Cloud, at the PaaS and SaaS levels. DODAS: Using any Cloud to self-provision an autoscaled big data cluster, a private computing center for scientific workloads, and anything in between Udocker: How to encapsulate and customize your applications, ship and run them on local systems, Grids, Clouds and HPC systems Galaxy-as-a-Service: an auto-scalable data intensive biomedical research framework self-deployed over Clouds with end-to-end encryption and integrated data management |
