Architecture and Interoperability Guidelines

The “Architecture and interoperability guidelines” session will present the EOSC-hub proposal for the EOSC Technical Architecture and the work, currently on-going, from the EOSC Architecture and FAIR working groups on defining the EOSC Interoperability framework.

Both initiatives are based on the concept of ‘building blocks’ for EOSC and on specifications of interoperability guidelines to foster the service integration and composability. The synergies between the two approaches will be described, in particular about how the technical interoperability guidelines developed by the EOSC-hub projects can feed the upcoming EOSC interoperability framework.

The session will close with the presentation of key building blocks (PaaS Orchestration, Data Access and processing, Computing, etc.) and related interoperability guidelines developed by the EOSC-hub Technology Committee.
