Citizen Science: What it means for SSH and how can multidisciplinarity be achieved?

In this session we will provide an overview of what Citizen Science is, how research libraries have an essential role to play in its deployment and why. Several examples will be presented, with a particular focus on two case studies: The Bentham Project and the Transcribathon.
