WeNMR is a Virtual Research Community that aims at bringing together complementary research teams in structural biology and life sciences area into a virtual research community at a worldwide level and provide them with a platform integrating and streamlining the computational approaches necessary for data analysis and modelling. WeNMR makes use of EU e-Infrastructure resources provided under the EOSC. In this demonstration, Alexandre Bonvin, full professor of computational structural biology within the Chemistry department at Utrecht University, shows how the HADDOCK thematic service, a portal that is specialized in modeling complexes of proteins and other biomolecules accessible via the EOSC Portal, is supporting COVID-19 related projects.
