Service Provider Bootcamp

This session is aimed at service providers, both within EOSC-hub and new providers interested in joining EOSC. Presentations and discussions will cover the different ways of joining EOSC through EOSC-hub, the benefits of doing so, and practical steps in including common policies and the onboarding process itself.  The session will also introduce the two ways for service providers to become involved in the project, the Service Management Board and the Service Providers’ Forum. The session will also provide a brief introduction of the EOSC-hub Service Management Framework, showing good practices of delivering high-quality support for users and customers.
